Ready for the weekend? Of course you are! (wink, wink).
Today's post is a long overdue one, I have been planning to show you what makeup goodies I got for my birthday and Christmas. I know, I know what are you gonna say, but please, could you cut this girl some slack? Would you? Thank you!

Right off the bat, let me just say that this is gonna be a big beauty HAUL. If you have been reading me for a while now, you must know these type of articles I enjoy the most. It is not in my character to brag about these things, so if you do not like these kind of posts (but, let's face it, you do!), I am inviting you to access your free will and exit my page. I consider myself a very lucky girl to have in my life such amazing people that understand and supply my beauty madness.

Now let's dig into the goodies, I know you want to see them!

For a long time, I have been wanting a Bobbi Brown shimmering brick, but I was keep holding myself back from buying one, until my birthday in October when I decided to splurge a "little". It was such a special occasion, plus I had a 20% for their Friends & Family event (SCORE!!!). All my fellow beauty addicts out there know what I am talking about. So, I picked up this beauty - "Bobbi To Glow Shimmering Brick Palette", (you saw it also on my Instagram) which includes three of their most popular shimmer bricks: Gold Shimmer Brick, Bronze Shimmer Brick and Wild Rose Shimmer Brick. Isn't it gorgeous?

In 2016, I was all about the glow and I found myself buying highlighters and blushes more than lipsticks, so I just couldn't pass this adorable set "Glow For It" from Sephora Favorites collection. I was happy that they restocked it just on time for me to purchase it. I love everything in this set.

Continuing on the glowing trend, I really wanted the M.A.C. "Sweet Peach" Face Compact from their Nutcracker Sweet Holiday collection, but it was sold out everywhere. Somehow, Santa found out about my wish and brought it to me. I was so happy when I found it under the tree.

Every year for my birthday, I treat myself with the "Give Me More Lip" set from Sephora Favorites collection, but for 2016 I was very disappointed with the selection they offered, so in order to satisfy my lipstick addict needs, I opted for this beautiful lip set "Light it Up" - lipstick + lip mattifier set from Smashbox. Lippies for days!!!

Santa (who apparently knows me so well) also brought me this cute "Melted Merry Kissmas The Ultimate Liquified Lipstick" lip set from Too Faced. Could I ask for more?

My dear friend Maddie pampered me for my birthday and Christmas with so many amazing sweets, she got me my first Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in the shade "Crush", spoiled me with gorgeous accessories, Lush products and many more.

You know how Sephora gives you a birthday gift every year? For my birthday, I received these cute minis from Marc Jacobs. Did you see how adorable is the lipstick?

I wanted to try something new for my hair so this set "Spread Cheer and Perfect Hair" from Living Proof was just what I needed. It comes with a full size dry shampoo and a mini shampoo and mini conditioner.

Also, I got this Urban Decay eyeshadow in "Midnight Cowboy" as a freebie for my birthday from ULTA..

Hello, hello beautiful people out there!

  
Long time no see, I mean "read" here on the blog. If you follow me via Instagram (and you totally should, it's fun and quite addictive, I must admit), you've noticed that I have been well, working hard, gone through a major hair color change (yes, I was for a while part of the "readheads" club) and some long/short hair situations, but never forgot you, my fellow beauty addicts around the world. I did miss writing here, I did miss talking to you guys, and we have a lot, I mean, A LOT to talk about.

Enought with this rambling, let's get down to the business, shall we?

One of my absolute favorite posts to read on a beauty blog is ... drum roll please ... A HAUL. And I was thinking, what better way to come back on the blog then with a HAUL post? No surprise there.

Beauty addicts out there gather around, this one is for you my darlings!

As a well respected beauty lover, can you think about one place that no matter how crazy your day has been, once you set a foot inside, it will cheer you up instantly? A place synonymous with "Wonderland"? A black and white strips kind of place? (wink-wink) Are you getting my clues? Yes, ladies and gentleman, I am talking about Sephora. Yes, you guessed it right, it's gonna be a Sephora haul.

On this particular occasion, I have decided to use up some of my points and get a pretty cool reward (an awesome one I might add). I am sure you know this, at Sephora for every dollar spent, you get a point that goes towards your "rewards account/bank". The more money you spend, the more points you have, the more rewards you can get. The more the merrier.

I have collected points for quite some time now and I was waiting and waiting to use them on something special, but the proper rewards never showed up until, a couple of weeks ago, when I got an e-mail about the "Rewards Bazaar" , I knew right on that instant I couldn't let this particular reward get away.

I am talking about the HOURGLASS FLAWLESS AMBIENCE SET which I scored and I must say, boy was I lucky, because there was such a battle to snatch this makeup set, that everything was gone, I mean SOLD OUT in about 4 minutes after being posted on the website. In the beginning, I thought I wasn't lucky enough to score it, as I was refreshing the page frantically and anxiously waiting for a confirmation e-mail.

The e-mail eventually came and I believe a happy dance was performed after.

Hello everybody!


It's Friday and I am sure you have planned something fun for this weekend. Myself, I have a few things planned, I am just hoping that the weather will be much nicer, right now in Miami is quite gloomy and rainy. 

As you all may know, on the beautiful 16th of October I've turned (yet again!) 21 years old (who cares about my real age, deep down I still feel like 21) and I was fortunate enough to receive some cosmetic goodies. I know you all love HAUL posts, personally these kind of posts are my favorites, so I was thinking to show you what I have received and I spoiled on.

By all means, I don't want to brag about these gifts, so if you don't like this type of articles, please do not read mine. 

Even though I was working that day, I had so many wonderful moments that I will keep deep in my heart and cherish for ever. My colleagues surprised me with sweet treats and sang me ”Happy Birthday”, my fiancé expected me with dinner and gifts and I received so many beautiful and kind messages from all over the world, friends and family that I am so fortunate to have in my life. During the weekend I received more gifts and I couldn't be hapier.  I am so grateful for everything that is happening in my life!

Let's get down to the goodies, shall we? 

I was so excited about this gift that my fiancé surprised me with - I absolutely love these sets from Sephora called ”Sephora Favorites”. I actually have last year's edition too of the ”Give Me More Lip” set and I am planning to review both sets for you soon on the blog. This set is the absolute perfect gift for any lipstick lover out there. On this occasion, I received the mini-treats set from Make Up For Ever and three samples.

The Revlon Lip Butter lipstick has quite a story. I have been wanting this shade ”Berry Smoothie” for a while, but somehow I couldn't find it. It happened that I was at my local Wal-Mart for a quick, last minute shopping trip a few days before my birthday and I saw the shade and wanted to buy it, but he scolded me that I already have so many lipsticks (and he is ABSOLUTELY right!), that I don't need it, so I felt guilty and didn't buy it. I didn't realize at that time that he was carefully planning something.

When he gave me the gift, I could not believe it - the Revlon Lip Butter was there. I was so happy, I was hopping like a kid (my absolute normal and natural reaction when I receive lipsticks). Be careful ladies, your partners are paying much more attention that we might think!

My very good friend from New York, Mădălina, sent me a surprise package for my birthday full of European sweet goodies, among them my absolute favorite Milka chocolate which is so hard to find here in the US, makeup from Elf and Tarte and a gorgeous pair of earrings. The sweets are not to be seen in the picture down below, because all were quickly devoured. She quite spoiled me, I was not at all expecting so many things. Thank you so much my sweet friend!

Also in the picture down below you are going to see a purple satin pouch full with Tarte sample goodies. Funny story - I've met this pretty lady at work and she was wearing a gorgeous lipstick, so I had to ask her about it. She was so nice and she told me that the lipstick was from Tarte. We talked about cosmetics and beauty, I told her that I have a beauty blog, she told me that she's a Tarte representative and gave me these goodies to try. I was so happy, especially because I haven't tried so many Tarte products!

Last, but not least I spoiled myself with some good skin care, so this was a gift from me with love to me. 
I have been reading about these products for the past two years now, I have even tried some samples and I have decided that it is time to purchase them. 

I have just finished my toner and, even though I still use micellar lotion, I really wanted to try this new product from the Resist range - the Weightless Advanced Repairing Toner. From the Resist range I have also chosen the 2% BHA exfoliant - Daily Pore-Refining Treatment. 

My last skin care pick was a face cream, I wanted to try a new one that has SPF, something light, something suitable for my sensitive combination skin. This face cream has so many positive reviews that I have decided to buy it - it is the Hydralight Shine-Free Daily Mineral Complex (with SPF 30).

I was announcing you last week very enthusiastic, on my blog's Facebook page that my first Romwe order arrived. I was very happy and I couldn't wait to see my ordered products.

I want to be clear from the start regarding my collaboration with Romwe. As a blogger, I collaborate with this company who sends me news about their sales, new collections and I post them on my social media pages. Depending on how much traffic I do generate for them, I receive freebies and with these freebies and I can buy whatever I want from their web site. That's why, I am asking you every time when I am posting news about Romwe to click on the promotional link, you don't have to buy anything (just to be clear!), for my traffic. So you know, I don't make a fortune out of this, I really enjoy this collaboration and I am very grateful to all my readers who are so nice and help me!

Since I have started this collaboration with Romwe, I stoically resisted to numerous temptations and offers that they had, I've managed to stay clean with my budget and, in the end, I've decided that it is time to spend all those money, because by this time way too many goodies gathered in my ”Wish list” and screaming ”Buy me, buy me!”.

De aceea, vă tot rog de fiecare dată să accesați link-ul promoțional, nu e nevoie să cumpărați nimic (clătitul ochilor nu costă), pentru trafic. Să știți că nu mă îmbogățesc din asta, îmi face plăcere să colaborez cu această firmă și vă mulțumesc tuturor celor care vă rupeți un minuțel din timpul vostru să mă citiți și ajutați!

My order was filled on 06/29. In order to purchase from Romwe you'll need a PayPal account - it is very easy to create and it is the safest way when you order on-line.
I have ordered 10 items, clothing and accessories, and those from Romwe decided to split my order into 2 parts. So, my first package arrived on a rainy Thursday, 07/18 and the second one I am expecting to receive it this week (according to my tracking number). If you are ordering from United States you can easily check your tracking number on the USPS's website. My package arrived after approximately 3 weeks (the products are coming all way from China and it takes about 5 working days to process your order) and it was handed to me by the mailman.


Gata cu pălăvrăgeala, să trecem la fapte!

Comanda mea a fost depusă pe data de 29/06. Pentru a comanda trebuie să ai cont de PayPal - e foarte simplu de făcut și e cel mai sigur atunci când comanzi on-line.
În comanda mea s-au regăsit 10 produse, hăinuțe și accesorii, iar cei de la Romwe au decis să îmi împartă această comandă în 2 tranșe. Astfel, un prim colet l-am primit într-o ploioasă zi de joi, 18.07 și pe cel de-al doilea îl aștept săptămâna aceasta (conform numărului de urmărire al coletului, acesta deja a ajuns la oficiul poștal, să-i spunem, de care aparțin). Având în vedere că eu mă aflu acum în Statele Unite ale Americii, primul colet a ajuns în timp util (produsele vin din China), totul a durat aproape 3 săptămâni (dacă e să ținem cont și de cele 5 zile lucrătoare în care ți se prelucrează comanda!). Aici nu există Poștă Vamală, precum în România, coletul ți se aduce direct la ușă.

1. Although I am not a person who wears a dress very often, I've bought myself two of them.
This particular off - the shoulder - dress seemed to me very, very beautiful, my kind of style and it is perfect for Miami's hot season. It was $34.99, it is made from chiffon and I can't wait to wear it.


Deși nu sunt o persoană care să poarte foarte des rochițe, mi-am cumpărat două.
Această rochiță mi s-a părut deosebit de frumoasă, este exact pe stilul meu și e ideală sezonului călduros din Miami. M-a costat 34,99 USD este din șifon și de abia aștept să o port.

2. Another chosen dress is this girly, pink one - the ruffles made me buy it. This dress was on sale, for only $18.67. It is made from dacron (polyester fiber), it closes with zipper in the back and I don't know yet how I'll wear it. 


O altă rochiță aleasă este una foarte girly, roz, iar volanele mi-au plăcut tare mult. Rochița aceasta a fost la reducere a costat doar 18,67 USD, este din dacron (poliester), se închide cu fermuar la spate și încă nu m-am gândit cum am să o port.

3. I have a confession to make. I have a love affair with my shirts. If you'll look through my closet, you'll find there all the shapes and colors. I love shirts, I can't get enough of them! So, did you expect not to order some from Romwe? No way! I ordered three, I love their material and, although all of them have long sleeve, they can we worn in the hot season, too.


Eu sunt o persoană care iubește cămășile. Dacă te uiți la mine în șifonier, vei întâlni toate modelele și culorile pământului. Așa că mi-am făcut de cap și mi-am comandat și 3 cămășuțe. Îmi place foarte mult materialul lor și, chiar dacă toate au mânecă lungă, sunt ideale și pentru sezonul cald.

• The first shirt is a yellow-orange one, but I am seeing it more orange than yellow, even though on their web site it is described as a yellow shirt. I really loved the details on the collar. I've bought it for only $18.87 although now on the web site is $31.35.

• Prima cămăsuță este de un galben-portocaliu, eu o văd mai degrabă portocalie decât galbenă, deși e descrisă pe site ca fiind galbenă.  Mi-au plăcut foarte mult detaliile de pe guler. Am cumpărat-o cu doar 18,87 USD, deși acum pe site costă 31,35 USD.

• The second shirt I've bought because of the first one. Well, I so much loved the first one that I have purchased it in white too. It had the same price, $18.87. Unfortunately, you won't find it now on the web site, it is out of stock. 

• A doua cămăsuță cumpărată e sora primei expuse - ei, bine, așa de mult mi-a plăcut cea pe galben (portocaliu!) că am decis să mi-o cumpăr și pe alb. Prețul a fost același, 18,87 USD. Din păcate, această cămășuță nu se mai găsește acum pe site.

• The third shirt is a yellow one with white polka dots. It was $16.68 and I really like it. 

• Cea de-a treia cămășuță este de culoare galbenă, un galben-pui cu buline albe. A costat doar 16,68 USD și mi-a plăcut foarte mult.

4.  The last things from this package are some cute and funny accessories.

Ultimele lucrușoare cumpărate sunt niște accesorii foarte simpatice, mai precis două lanțișoare. 

• The lipstick-pendant necklace. I have been wanting it since I've laid my eyes on this web site. I loved it and I couldn't wait until I was able to buy it. It was $11.99 and I was a little disappointed, I was expecting to be more refined.

• Lănțișorul-ruj l-am ochit încă de când am luat contact pentru prima dată cu acest site. Mi-a plăcut la nebunie și de abia așteptam să mi-l pot cumpăra. M-a costat 11,99 USD și m-a dezamăgit puțin, mă așteptam să fie mai bine lucrat.

• The horsy-pendant necklace. I've bought it in a spur of a moment, it seemed so cute to me and I don't regret purchasing it, it accomplished all my expectations. It was on sale for $7.67.

• Lănțișorul cu căluț l-am luat așa din joacă, mi s-a părut tare drăgălaș și bine am făcut, căci nu mi-a înșelat așteptările. A fost la reducere și m-a costat 7,67 USD.

Pe final vreau să vă spun câte ceva despre noua ofertă Romwe - orice pereche de colanți costă doar 17,99 USD. Eu nu mi-am cumpărat colanți, dar voi cele care îi iubiți, cu siguranță veți găsi ceva care să vă placă. Sunt un obiect vestimentar la modă, ușor de accesorizat.

După o perioadă foarte aglomerată în viața mea, cu multe schimbări despre care ați aflat într-o postare anterioară, iată că am revenit pe blog cu forțe proaspete. Să fie (zic!) de bun augur! Am o mulțime de postări de împărtășit cu voi, o mulțime de schițe ce au rămas neterminate aici pe blog, așa că propun să le luăm pe rând și vă invit să le urmăriți și savurați pe toate. Vreau să vă mai spun un aspect, dat fiind faptul că mă aflu acum într-o țară vorbitoare de limba engleză, nu am să neglijez nici postările în această limbă.

Începem această primă săptămână frumoasă de Iulie cu un HAUL. Vă mai amintiți articolul intitulat Secretul cumpărăturilor online? Cu acest articol am participat la provocarea lansată de Beauty by Coco în colaborare cu site-ul Cosmetice.co. 

Am fost atât de bucuroasă și entuziasmată când am aflat că mă aflu printre cele trei câștigătoare ale premiilor mari în valoare de 250 de lei, încât nici nu vă închipuiți. De abia așteptam să-mi aleg produsele, dar după cum bine mă știți - o Balanță cam (tare!) nehotărâtă, mi-a luat ceva timp. Deși mi-a fost foarte greu să aleg dintre atâtea tentații, am hotărât să mă rezum la o bună parte din produsele prezentate de mine în articolul participant la concurs.

Sponsorul Cosmetice.co a fost foarte prompt în trimiterea coletului meu cu ”bunătăți”. Totul a fost ambalat cu grijă și cu multă atenție la detalii, am rămas plăcut impresionată.

Vreți să vedeți ce am primit?

După cum vedeți nu m-am putut abține de la rujuri și produse pentru buze:

• am ales două rujuri de la Max Factor din gama Colour Elixir. Nuanțele care mi-au făcut cu ochiul au fost Bewitching Coral și Ruby Tuesday

Datorită faptului că sezonul cald bătea la ușă, m-am decis să aleg și:

• pudra bronzantă Elizabeth Arden din colecția Rose Aurora în nuanța Soft Radiance

Nu am putut nici cum să-i rezist:

• fardului de pleoape trio Deborah in nuanța 04 Violet - culorile sunt superbe

Produsele Essence au fost pe lista mea de la bun început:

• setul Essence - Like a first day in spring - alături de cele două oje mov în ediție limitată - sunt un cadou minunat pentru orice iubitoare de frumos
• picăturile pentru uscare rapidă am vrut de multă vreme să le încerc, dar nu le-am prea găsit în magazinele Essence pe care le frecventam.

Oricum, știu cât de mult vă plac acest tip de postări, așa că am pregătit una specială cu lucrușoarele pe care mi le-am achizițonat sau primit în ultima vreme.

Acestea sunt ”păcatele” despre care vă voi vorbi azi:
These are my ”sins” that I'll talk about today:

Voi începe desigur cu produsele pentru buze, marea mea dragoste. Noile rujuri Vivids ColorSensational de la Maybelline au fost un mare moft pe care a trebuit neapărat să mi-l satisfac și nu regret nicio clipă că am făcut-o. Nuanțele pe care mi le-am achiziționat sunt: 902 Fuchsia Flash, 904 Vivid Rose (despre care v-am vorbit aici), 906 Hot Plum și 916 Neon Red. Un ruj costă 27 de lei și le găsiți în marile lanțuri de supermarket-uri de la noi.

Noul lip stain de la Sephora în nuanța 03 Glossy orange l-am primit la un schimb de cosmetice pe care l-am făcut cu o altă beauty blogger. Mi-am dorit foarte mult să încerc noile lip stains de la Sephora!

Luciul de buze Beauty UK în nuanța 11 office chic l-am primit cadou la achiziționarea celor două oje China Glaze pe care le veți vedea mai jos. Mulțumesc tare mult Delia!


I'll start of course with the lip products, my greatest love. The new Vivids ColorSensational lipsticks from Maybelline were my big fad that I necessary had to have and I don't regret a minute buying them. The shades that I've bought are 902 Fuchsia Flash, 904 Vivid Rose (which I've presented you here), 906 Hot Plum and 916 Neon Red. One lipsticks costs about 6,1 EURO/ 8 USD and you can find them in drugstores.

The Beauty UK lip lust in 11 office chic was received as a present, because I've bought the two China Glaze nail polishes which you'll see down below. Thank you so much Delia!

Voi continua apoi cu câteva oje frumoase foc care s-au adăgat colecției mele. Apropo, am ajuns la 60 de oje și cred că am să mă opresc aici, deja sunt prea multe.

Cele două oje China Glaze în nuanțele 053 Sweet Cream și, respectiv 195 Make an Entrance le-am cumpărat de la un blog sale și au costat 10 lei/bucata. Îmi pare rău că nu am văzut blog sale-ul mai devreme, am ratat o ojă superbă.

Oja Golden Rose din noua colecție Jolly Jewels - numărul 112 am găsit-o într-un mod total neașteptat într-un oraș vecin și mi s-a lipit de inimă. Prețul mi se pare cam piperat, 16 lei, dar să spunem că merită, e așa frumoasă!

Cele două oje Moyra, numărul 502 din colecția Suede effect și numărul 405 din colecția Matte effect au tot stat de multă vreme pe lista mea de dorințe și, până la urmă mi le-am cumpărat. Vă voi vorbi în curând despre ele! M-au costat 8 lei/bucată.


I will continue with some very pretty nail polishes which were added to my collection recently. By the way, now I have 60 nail polishes and I guess I'll stop right there, I have already too many.

The two China Glaze nail polishes in 053 Sweet Cream and 195 Make an Entrance were bought  from a blog sale and they were about 2,2 EURO/ 2,9 USD a piece. I was very sorry that I did not see that blog sale sooner, I've missed a very pretty color.

The Golden Rose nail polish from the Jolly Jewels collection in number 112 was found  in a totally unexpected place in a town nearby and it sticked to my heart. It was overpriced (3,6 EURO/ 4,6 USD), yes, but let's say it worth it. It's so pretty!

The two Moyra nail polishes in number 502 form the Suede effect collection and the number 405 from the Matte collection were for long time on my wish list, and, eventually, I've bought them. I'll show them to you soon! They costed me about 2 EURO/ 2,6 USD a piece.
 

O surpriză nemaipomenită a fost când am câștigat concursul dedicat bloggerițelor organizat de Juliet, iar premiul era noua și preafrumoasa paletuță de la Urban Decay - NAKED Basics. Am fost așa de fericită atunci când mi-a sosit coletul, încât nu am mai avut răbdare de la Poștă până acasă să îl deschid și mi-am și băgat unghiuțele în paletuță (la propriu!). Mulțumesc din suflet pentru o așa surpriză!


A great surprise was when I won the contest dedicated to bloggers, contest organized by Juliet and the prize was the new and gorgeous NAKED Basics palette from Urban Decay. I was so enthusiast when I received my package that I did not have patience to open it at home, and I literally stuck my fingers in it. Thank from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful surprise Juliet!

De 8 Martie Bioderma România mi-a făcut o surpriză foarte frumoasă și am primit spre testare noua cremă de față Sebium Global pentru pielea cu tendință acneică. Crema aceasta a venit la fix! Am mai primit o pereche de cerceluși adorabili și o agendă foarte drăguță. Mulțumesc Bioderma!


For International Women Day, Bioderma Romania made me such a very nice surprise when I received for testing the new Sebium Global Intensive purifying care for acne-prone skin face cream. This face cream came just at the right moment! I also received a pair of adorable earrings and a very pretty and feminine agenda. Thank you Bioderma!

Am început tratamentul cu Retin A, așa că protecția solară (imperios necesară de altfel!) de care tenul meu are nevoie în perioada următoare am găsit-o în crema Photoderm AKN Mat cu SPF 30 de la Bioderma. E și rezistentă la apă. M-a costat 45 de lei.


I have started my treatment for acne with Retin A, so the solar protection (extremely necessary!) for my skin  I've found in the Photoderm AKN Mat with SPF 30 face cream from Bioderma. It is also water resistant. It costed me 10,1 EURO/ 13 USD.

Ultimul pe listă, dar nu cel din urmă produs este tratamentul pentru păr de la Moroccanoil. Mi-l doream de multă vreme, însă prețul ridicat m-a oprit să-l achiziționez. L-am găsit însă la un blog sale la 100 lei și acum este al meu.


The last, but not least product on my list is the Moroccanoil hair treatment. I have been wanting it for long time, but the high price stopped me from buying it. I've found it through a blog sale for 22,6 EURO/ 29 USD and now it's mine.

Bună tuturor! Hello everybody!

Nu-i așa că vă era dor de o postare de genul ”HAUL”? Nu am mai făcut o astfel de postare de pe la sfârșitul lunii Iulie și de atunci s-au mai acumulat ceva cosmetice, a fost și ziua mea de naștere și am primit sau m-am răsfățat cu câte ceva.

You missed a ”HAUL” post, didn't you? I haven't posted one for quite some time, the last one was at the end of July and since then I have accumulated some products, it was my birthday too and I've received and treated myself with some goodies.

În luna Septembrie, mai exact pe 27 Septembrie am fost ”atacată” de către cei de la Make me Happy cu un cadou pe care eu îl aveam în lista de dorințe. Ce am primit mai exact? Am primit trei lip gloss-uri drăgălașe marca Bella Pierre în nuanțele Champagne, Sweet Rose și Vanilla Sunset. Dacă vă întrebați ce reprezintă acest site, ei bine este un mare mall virtual unde tu îți faci listuțe cu ceea ce ți-ai dori, prietenii care îți văd lista pot să-ți facă o surpriză, cumpărându-ți ceva ce tu îți dorești foarte mult din acea listă sau chiar cei de la Make Me Happy te pot ”ataca” și îți pot oferi acel cadou. Foarte interesant concept, nu?


In September, on the 27th to be more exact,  I was ”attacked” by those from Make me Happy with a present that I've already had on my wish list. What I've received? I've got ”On the go lip gloss trio” from Bella Pierre in shades like: Champagne, Sweet Rose and Vanilla Sunset. If you are wondering what this web site really is, well this is a huge virtual mall where you can make wish lists with all kind of products that you want. Your friends can see your list(s) and they can make you a surprise by buying one of those products listed by you, or the Make Me Happy team can ”attack” you with your most wanted product. Interesting concept, isn't it?

Vă spuneam mai demult, dar și în wish list-ul de toamnă că îmi doresc foarte, foarte mult măcar un ruj din mult-așteptata colecție Marilyn Monroe de la MAC. Povestea lor e cu peripeții, stați pe aproape!

Colecția s-a lansat la începutul lui Octombrie și mi-am zis să mă răsfaț puțin de ziua mea. Am rugat o prietenă din UK să se intereseze dacă ar putea să-mi cumpere un ruj. M-am tot gândit și analizat, nu mă puteam decide între două nuanțe, așa că am rugat-o să se uite după amândouă. Colecția se vindea ca pâinea caldă, toată lumea era înnebunită după aceste produse. Prietena mea nu a mai găsit nimic on-line, așa că s-a dus să mi le caute în magazine. A stat la coadă și a reușit, într-un final să mi le cumpere pe amândouă. Când să mi le trimită însă, a avut un accident de mașină care a ținut-o la pat vreo 2 săptămâni. Abia după ce s-a însănătoșit a reușit să mi le trimită.

Și, uite așa m-am pomenit eu cu: Scarlet Ibis și Love Goddess la care le pregătesc un review pe blog în curând. O bucată m-a costat 15,50 lire. M-au costat mult, știu, dar atunci când ai un capriciu și îți stă pe creier, trebuie să faci ceva, nu?

I was telling you a few months back and also in my Autumn wish list that I really, really want at least one of the lipsticks from the long awaited MAC's Marilyn Monroe collection. The story of my lipsticks is very interesting, keep it close!

This collection was launched at the beginning of October and I said that I must spoil myself for my birthday. I've asked a friend from UK to help me. I was thinking and analyzing the lipsticks, but I couldn't decide between two shades, so I've asked her to look for both. The collection was sold out very fast, everybody loved the products, it was a real maddness. My friend couldn't find anything on-line, so she went on stores to look up for my lipstiscks. She stood on line and managed to buy them both, but when she supposed to send me the package, she had a car accident and she stayed in bed for two weeks. When she got better she managed to send them.

So, just like this I've found myself with two gorgeous lipsticks in Scarlet Ibis and Love Goddess, which I am preparing a review soon on my blog. One piece costed me 15,50 pounds/ 19,4 euros / 24,8 usd. I know, they were a lot, but when you really want something and you are thinking about it every single day, you must do something, right?

Cum am auzit că în oraș este un stand Essence cu de toate, cum am dat fuga să-mi iau câte ceva. Mare mi-a fost surpriza când am văzut colecția limitată ”Ready for boarding” și nu am stat pe gânduri. Mi-am luat un fard cremă pentru buze și obraji ”Sending you kisses” la 12 lei, paletuța ” 01 Beauty on tour” la 17,50 lei, superba ojă ”112 Time for romance” la 8 lei, o altă ojă și 2 lip gloss-uri fructate pentru voi pe care le-ați văzut la giveaway-ul aniversar. Să vă bucurați și voi alături de mine, nu?

As soon as I heard that an Essence cosmetic stand appeared in my town I rushed to buy a few things. It was such a big suprise for me to see there the ”Ready for boarding” limited edition collection and I couldn't help myself. I've bought a lip & cheeks creme in ”Sending you kisses” at 2,7 euros / 3,4 usd, the palette ” 01 Beauty on tour”  at 3,9 euros / 5 usd, the gorgeous nail polish ”112 Time for romance”  at 1,75 euros / 2,27 usd, another nail polish and two fruity lip glosses that you could see at my birthday giveaway. I wanted to share with you my joy!

Sephora m-a tentat cu o reducere de 20%. M-am tot gândit ce să-mi cumpăr cu această reducere. M-am decis să-mi iau roll-on-ul gel pentru coșuri din gama ”1 problem: 1s solution”.

Mai vroiam un produs high end că tot beneficiam de reducerea aceasta, dar nu m-am putut decide, așa că m-am îndreptat spre unul mid-high end. Mi-am luat kit-ul de la Benefit pentru obraji și buze ”Sugarlicious”. Setul conține: un benetint roz în varianta mini pentru obraji și buze, iluminatorul High Beam tot în varianta mini, pudra mozaic ”Sugarbomb” în varianta mini cu tot cu pensulică și un lip gloss full size în nuanța ”Sugarbomb”.  

Ambele produse m-au costat 137 lei.

Sephora tempted me with a coupon of 20% off. I was thinking what to buy. Finally, I've decided to buy the blemish-fighting roll-on gel from the new Sephora's range ”1 problem: 1s solution”.

I wanted to buy also a high end product, but I couldn't decide for it, so I bought myself a mid-high end product. I've bought the Benefit lip & cheeks kit ”Sugarlicious”. This kit contains: a mini rose tinted lip & cheek stain, a mini High Beam, a mini ”Sugarbomb” powder with mini brush included and a full size lip gloss in ”Sugarbomb”. Both products costed me 30,2 euros/ 39 usd.

Ultimele produse de pe listă sunt BB cream-ul de la Maybelline pe care l-am cumpărat din DM la ofertă cu 20 lei (îmi doream foarte mult să-l încerc) și luciul de buze Illamasqua în nuanța ”Belladonna” pe care l-am primit cadou de ziua mea.


The last products on my list are the Maybelline's BB cream that I have bought  from a local store on sale at 4,4 euros / 5,7 usd.  (I have been wanting very much to try it) and the Illamasqua intense lip gloss in ”Belladonna”, which was a present for my birthday.

Voi ce v-ați achiziționat în ultima vreme? Mi-ar plăcea să știu!
