Hello everybody!


This season is all about nudes, whether you wear them on your eyes, lips or nails. I couldn't let this beauty trend go unnoticed. You know me as a huge lipstick lover, so I found another lipstick junkie just like me and we joined our creativity and ideas in this beauty collaboration to present our choices for nude lips. Although I love bright colors and I own mostly colorful lip products, I was very happy to find in my lipstick collection a few nice and tempting nudes to show you.

There are many ways to wear a nude. Even though we might consider as nudes - whites, pinks, yellows, beiges and browns, the beauty industry has proven us that with all these innovative technologies, there is more than the “classic” nude color and they invite us to play with a variety of shades that go against what we might originally consider nude. You might wanna take into consideration the blushing nudes - rosy sheer pinks or lush coral tints. And the innovation does not stop here.

I think women of all age and skin types can wear with confidence the “nude” trend. Simple, elegant, subtle, yet attention-grabbing, nude lipsticks and lip glosses are great for both day and night and are perfect for a dramatic eye or fresh-faced look.  
This season dare to wear nude, because nude is the way to go.

Bună tuturor! Hello everybody!


Dacă vă întrebați de ce adresa blogului meu se numește ”Let me borrow your lipstick”, astăzi m-am gândit să vă dezvălui câte ceva despre mine și pasiunea mea pentru rujuri (și alte produse pentru buze).

Această pasiune am moștenit-o de la mama care este foarte conservatoare în ceea ce privește machiajul. Singurul produs de machiaj pe care îl poartă este RUJUL, NIMIC altceva. Cred că vă puteți imagina ce colecție de rujuri era la noi în casă. Am crescut, pot spune, cu dragostea pentru acest produs cosmetic.

Nu de puține ori am dat și eu iama în rujurile mamei din imensa curiozitate de a le încerca și de cele mai multe ori arătam exact ca și în poza de mai jos.


If you were wondering why my blog address is called ”Let me borrow your lipstick”, today I've decided to reveal a few things about me and my passion for lipsticks (and other lips products).

I have enherited this passion for lipsticks from my mother who is very conservative regarding makeup. The only makeup product that she's been using is THE LIPSTICK, NOTHING else. So, you can imagine what a  collection we had at home. I grew up with the love for this makeup product.

Oh, if I can only count how many times I have stolen my mother's lipsticks driven by my big curiosity to try them and I was looking exactly like this little girl from the picture down below.

De la mama am învățat că poți să arăți extraordinar, doar aplicând un ruj și având un strop de atitudine. Pentru că, trebuie să recunosc, orice ruj trebuie purtat cu atitudine.

Atunci când port ruj mă simt frumoasă, mă simt feminină, mă simt stăpâna Universului. Nu aș putea trăi fără ruj. Dacă aș fi trimisă pe o insulă pustie și ar trebui să iau cu mine doar trei lucruri, rujul ar fi, cu siguranță, unul dintre ele.


From my mother I've learned that you can look fabulous, only by applying a touch of color on your lips and having a bit of attitude. Because, I must admit that every lipstick has to be be worn with attitude.

When I wear lipstick I feel beautiful, I feel feminine, I feel that I am the queen of the Universe. I couldn't live without lipstick. If I were sent to a desert island and I had to choose three things to take with me, the lipstick would be definitely one of them.
